Customized Build Deposit and Balance

This listing is for the deposit — and later, the remaining balance — on your custom-built Byron guitar, after you have finalized your build specifications.

How It Works

1. Build your guitar. Choose your model and options in the build configurator to generate your customized order sheet.
2. Pay your deposit. Select the deposit amount agreed for your order ($100, $300, or $500) and place your order. Your deposit is applied toward the final price of your instrument.
3. Order review. Our team reviews each order for accuracy. If any discrepancies are found, one of our guitar experts will contact you.
4. Building process. Your instrument enters the build queue. Estimated building time is currently 8–10 weeks. We send updated build photos every 2 weeks.
5. Quality assurance. Once completed, your instrument is inspected by our quality assurance experts.
6. Balance payment & delivery. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your instrument ships. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once it is on its way.

Important Notes

• Once the building process begins, no changes can be made to the order.
• Cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• All custom and solid wood handmade guitars include a free hard case for double protection during international shipping.
