How Custom Builds Work

2. Confirm — add your build at checkout; notes, design files and reference images welcome.
3. Handcrafted — our luthiers build your guitar to your selected specification.
4. Set up & inspected — every instrument is set up and checked before it ships.
5. Delivered — free worldwide shipping with tracking.

Timeline — production typically takes 10–15 weeks from order confirmation; you will receive a confirmed delivery estimate when your order is placed.
