Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship worldwide, with insured, tracked shipping on every order.

2. Delivery timeframes

Custom / build-to-order guitars: 10–15 weeks from design and spec confirmation (includes crafting, quality inspection and shipping).

Ready-to-ship (Built & Ready) guitars: usually dispatched within 3–7 business days of order confirmation.

For custom orders, we send updated build photos every 2 weeks. Because every custom guitar is made to order, the timeframe starts once your final specification is confirmed — not at the moment of purchase.

3. Shipping methods and cost

Free standard tracked worldwide shipping is included on all orders. Express options (UPS, FedEx, DHL, SF Express) are available at checkout for an additional fee where applicable. Tracking details are sent by email as soon as your order ships.

4. Packaging

Every guitar is packed in a thick foam box built for international transit. All custom and solid-wood handmade guitars additionally include a free hard case for double protection.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are paid by the buyer and are not included in the order total unless stated at checkout.

6. Delays, damage and loss

Estimated delivery times are transit estimates only and do not include customs clearance time. If your instrument arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the instrument. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and reship or refund according to the carrier claim outcome.

7. Wrong address and refused delivery

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address or refused delivery may be subject to re-shipping costs.
