- The Adirondack Slope Shoulder is a premium custom-built acoustic guitar crafted for players who appreciate vintage-inspired tone, exceptional responsiveness, and boutique-level craftsmanship. Combining an Adirondack spruce soundboard with solid Indian rosewood construction, this model delivers remarkable projection, dynamic range, and tonal complexity in a beautifully balanced slope shoulder design.
- At the heart of the guitar is an AAA solid Adirondack spruce top, one of the most sought-after tonewoods in high-end acoustic guitar building. Known for its exceptional headroom and responsiveness, Adirondack spruce produces outstanding clarity, volume, and note separation while retaining warmth and musicality. Paired with AAA solid Indian rosewood back and sides, the guitar develops deep bass response, rich harmonic overtones, and impressive sustain.
- The slope shoulder body shape contributes a warm, open voice with excellent balance across the frequency spectrum, making it equally suitable for fingerstyle playing, flatpicking, folk, blues, and singer-songwriter performance. Scalloped X-bracing further enhances resonance and responsiveness, allowing the soundboard to vibrate freely for greater tonal richness.
- A comfortable V-shaped neck profile, 43mm nut width, and 635mm scale length provide a familiar playing experience with excellent control and articulation. The traditional 12-fret neck joint places the bridge closer to the center of the soundboard, resulting in enhanced resonance, warmth, and projection. The professionally adjusted low-action setup ensures effortless playability, with approximately 1.5mm action on the first string and 2mm on the sixth string at the 12th fret.
- The ebony fretboard is adorned with elegant pearl diamond inlays, while premium bone nut, saddle, and bridge pins improve sustain, note definition, and intonation accuracy. Full satin finishing highlights the natural beauty of the tonewoods and allows the guitar to resonate freely. Maple and sapele soundhole binding, combined with full sapele body binding, create a refined custom-shop appearance.
